Prior to forming Millennium Home Buyers in May 2007, Marcel served as Director of Training Services with New Pathways Inc., an organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of “at risk” youth in Maryland. He also served four years as the Director of Quality Improvement with Catholic Charities, USA, a leading worldwide human services organization.
In addition to his Executive experience, Marcel has a passion for small business startups and acquisitions. In 2001, he founded Colonial Commercial Cleaning, a service that fulfills the commercial cleaning needs of banks, medical facilities, office buildings and auto dealerships in Northern Virginia. In 2005, he acquired The Maids, a leading residential cleaning company in the United States and Canada.
As the Chief Group Executive for Millennium Home Buyers, Marcel’s vision is to help bring clarity to investors who are interested in getting involved in the profitable Real estate market in the Metropolitan Washington DC and surrounding areas.
Marcel’s passion for real estate investing can be traced back to his undergraduate years at the University of Maryland when he purchased his first investment property. He turned around and rented a few rooms to fellow students and lived rent-free for all four years of college.
Two decades later, Marcel has completed countless real estate deals and built up his own real estate empire with dozens of properties. Marcel is an avid investor, landlord and property manager with numerous contacts in the real estate business.
Marcel is committed to identifying profitable investment opportunities for his clients through wholesaling, renovations, property cash flow scenarios with the ultimate goal of generating enormous wealth through real estate investments for them.

By combining her legal experience with her knowledge of real estate transactions, Hedy brings a unique perspective and skill set to MSI clients. Her law and real estate brokerage licenses permit her to offer clients a wide range of services.
Hedy assists her clients with transactions including all stages of real estate investment — from identifying properties, placing offers, and negotiating purchase contracts, through the closing process, as well as leasing and selling properties — entity formations, internal management matters, government filings, contract preparation, purchases and sales of businesses, commercial loan transactions, and trademark matters.
Her goal is help clients achieve their financial objectives by drawing on her vast legal and real estate experience.

John has a deep understanding of what homeowners want to buy and where they want to buy. He is able to quickly evaluate homes for purchases and assess their potential sale value. John is dedicated to his client’s total satisfaction and his goal is to maximize the return on every property.
John is also a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker and Director and Principal of InsiderPM.
Henry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance as well as a variety of industry designations and certifications.
Henry brings extensive real estate experience in buying and selling multiple properties on a monthly basis. In his role with Millennium, Henry’s goal is to determine the risks and mitigate them for our clients.
